The present invention provides a power generation controller having an equalized load balance by synchronizing the field current control of power generation controllers of a plurality of power generators when the power generators are operated simultaneously in parallel. A first power generation controller connected to a main power generator (ACG1) and a second power generation controller connected to an auxiliary power generator (ACG2) respectively comprise: external sensing terminals (c1, c2) for detecting the external voltages of the respective power generators provided with the power generation controllers; output sensing terminals for detecting the generated voltages of the respective power generators; and external output terminals (d1, d2) for outputting signals synchronized with field current control signals supplied to field coils of the respective power generators. When the plurality of power generators is driven simultaneously, the external output terminal (d1) of the first power generation controller and the external sensing terminal (c2) of the second power generation controller are connected.
