TWO-SECTION TYPE WASTE INCINERATOR

A two-section incinerator is provided. The air-resupply openings (27e) are arranged on the front and back arches of a furnace body (27). An ignition and combustion-supporting hole (27f) is located on the back arch. A grate in the furnace body (27) is divided into two sections from the top down. The upper section of the grate is a pusher type section (6) and the lower section is a reverse pusher type section (7). An independent primary air chamber (26) is arranged on the lower part of each section respectively. The heads of grate segments (3, 5) on the pusher type section (6) all face towards the lower point of the grate. The heads of the grate segments (3, 5) on the reverse pusher type section (7) all face towards the higher point of the grate. A movable cross beam (4) on the same section of the grate is provided with tension rods (24, 25) that are left and right arranged side by side. The left and right tension rods (24, 25) supported by roller devices are connected with the movable cross beam (4) to form a tension rod frame. An end of the tension rod frame is connected with a front rocker drive mechanism, a side rocker drive mechanism or a front direct drive mechanism. The waste incinerator cause waste layer to be fully dried, completely burnt and all burnt out, thus ensuring waste burning effective and better thermal decrement ratio.
