<p>The purpose of the present invention is to enable the calculation of the distribution of physical properties within a measurement region, in a realistic time, without image degradation caused by phenomena such as multipath reflection or distortion due to non-uniformity, even if the physical properties, such as density, inside the item being measured are distributed non-uniformly. Thus, physical properties are outputted wherein an equation residual error amount, which is the residual error of the difference between the operator term and the external force term of an equation of motion, a non-uniformity detection equation residual error amount, which is the residual error of an equation for detecting the non-uniformity of the physical properties by means of the degree of coincidence of the solution of the equation of motion according to two kinds of boundary conditions, and an exponential function product estimation amount or the linear sum of a conditional equation residual error amount which is the residual error of constraint conditions, are extreme values.</p> |
