APPARATUS FOR ADAPTIVE RESONANT POWER TRANSMISSION

PURPOSE: An adaptive resonance power transmitter is provided to match impedance according to the change of a power level demanded from a target without a separate control circuit by using an offset line in a power amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An AC-DC converter(410) changes alternating current energy provided from a power supply into direct current energy or a direct current. A frequency generator(420) creates desired frequency according to the direct current energy or the direct current. A power amplifier(430) amplifies a current having the desired frequency. An adapter(440) adaptively matches the impedance of a source resonator(450) and a matching network(431) according to a demand power level of a resonance power receiver. The source resonator transmits resonance power to the resonance power receiver. A detector(460) detects a signal including information regarding the demand power level from the resonance power receiver. A controller(470) creates a control signal controlling impedance or frequency of the source resonator.
