<p>PURPOSE: A kit for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis in a test same and a detection method are provided to quickly detect in real-time. CONSTITUTION: A kit for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis contains: a first primer having an oligonucleotide of sequence number 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9; and a second primer having an oligonucleotide of sequence number 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10. A method for detecting Chlamydia trachomatis in a sample comprises: a step of reacting polymerase, cleaving agent, deoxynucleoside triphosphate, target nucleic acid, the first and second primer oligonucleotides, and first probe oligonucleotide to amplifying the target nucleic acid; and a step of detecting signal increase released from the first label of the first probe oligonucleotide.</p> |
