<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellulose acylate laminated film which is excellent in adhesiveness with a polarizer and which is small in the change of a measure by humidity and a polarizing plate having high reliability using it and a liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: In the cellulose acylate laminated film made by laminating and film forming a skin B layer including cellulose acylate satisfying formula (1) and a core layer including the cellulose acylate satisfying formula (2), at least one of the skin B layer and the core layer includes a retardation regulator. Formula (1): 2.0<Z<SB POS="POST">1</SB><2.7. Formula (2): 2.7<Z<SB POS="POST">2</SB><3.0.
