<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more favorably compensate a communication area of a relief objective wireless base station. <P>SOLUTION: A control station (10) has a controller (13) that (i) decides a peripheral base station whose wireless parameter that changes a range of a communication area is adjusted from a plurality of peripheral base stations, based on each load of the plurality of peripheral base stations, which are wireless base stations adjacent to or close to a relief objective wireless base station among a plurality of wireless base stations (20), and (ii) carries out the control of notifying the decided peripheral base station of information to be used for adjustment of the wireless parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
