BOOKLET MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booklet manufacturing apparatus which easily and surely manufactures a booklet consisting of: a laminated body formed by a number of paper materials; and a cover paper.

SOLUTION: The booklet manufacturing apparatus 10A manufactures the booklet 10 having the laminated body 1 comprised of a number of paper materials 2 and the cover paper 8. The booklet manufacturing apparatus 10A includes: a double-side printer 40 which conducts printing on both surfaces respectively of the paper materials 2 and the cover paper 8; a conveyer line 30 which transfers the cover paper 8 and the paper materials 2 from the double-side printer 40; and a thermal press mechanism 11 which thermally presses the paper materials 2 and the cover paper 8, which are transferred from the conveyer line 30, and allows the paper materials 2 to melt and thermally bond to each other and also allows the cover paper 8 to melt and thermally bond thereto. The thermal press mechanism 11 includes: an accumulation table 13 which receives the cover paper 8 and the paper materials 2; and a hot plate 12 which thermally presses the cover paper 8 and the paper materials 2 on the accumulation table 13, thereby forming the booklet 10 having the laminated body 1 consisting of the paper materials 2 and the cover paper 8 covering the laminated body 1.
