<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor and ceiling structure capable of significantly improving floor impact sound insulation performance while minimizing the load on a structural frame and reducing their costs by taking a composite sound insulation measure which suitably combines a sound insulation measure by the addition of the weight of floor panels and a sound insulation measure by the dispersion arrangement of dynamic dampers in a ceiling base material. <P>SOLUTION: The floor and ceiling structure is formed by laying floor panels 2 of an upper story of a building on floor beams 1 of the upper story, suspending and supporting ceiling base materials 3 of the lower story with the floor beams 1 and dispersively arranging a plurality of dynamic dampers 40 for reducing the impact sound of a heavy floor on the ceiling base materials 3. The areal density of the floor panels 2 is set to be 120 kg/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and the weight of the dynamic dampers 40 per 1 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of the ceiling base materials 3 is set to be 3 kg. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
