<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic composition for treating cancers. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to therapeutic compositions comprising binding agents which specifically bind to tumor-associated MUC-1 and reduce or prevent their effects in cancer. More particularly, the invention relates to therapeutic compositions which comprise a binding agent specifically binding to an epitope comprising both peptide and carbohydrate on such tumor-associated MUC-1.
