<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the possibility of illegal intrusion to a vehicle even while enabling a user to easily recognize a position of the vehicle, in the technique of shifting the vehicle to a door unlock standby state by communication between an on-vehicle system loaded on the vehicle and a portable machine carried by the user of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle system lights an illumination device (step 130) as illumination lighting code reception strength enters a prescribed reception strength range for illumination lighting (step 115) first, and thereafter enters the door unlock standby state (step 155) as unlock code reception strength enters a prescribed reception strength range for unlock stronger than the reception strength range for the illumination lighting (step 140). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
