<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blow molded container formed with an opening neck rising from a body 10 of abottomed cylinder shape from a shoulder, comprising an outer layer (o) with a shape retaining property and an inner layer (i) laminated on the inner surface of the outer layer (o) so as to be releasable, and obtaining a stable content spouting operation to the last regardless of the progress of a delaminating phenomenon by exhibiting larger holding strength by a locking means in a position facing an adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: One adhesive layer 20 of a vertical band shape is formed for bonding the outer layer to the inner layer over the whole height range. A recessed part 30 is formed to form the body 10 recessed inward, and a plate-like fusion part 40 in a form of projecting the outer layer (o) and the inner layer (i) in the mutually fused state of the inner layer (i) is provided at a center in the recessed part 30 axially symmetrical to the adhesive layer 20 with respect to a center axis of the body 10. The plate-like fusion part 40 is formed by blow-molding in a state of holding a plate-like fusion part corresponding part of a parison 60 with a die.
