<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector that is improved in reliability while having a larger screen by a plurality of light receiving elements. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detector 1 according to the present invention includes a flexible support substrate 5 having an incidence surface 5a and an emission surface 5b for radiation; a scintillator layer 6 made of a plurality of columnar crystals H crystal-grown on the emission surface 5b, and generating light by incidence of radiation; a moisture-proof protection layer 7 covering the scintillator layer 6 and charged among the plurality of columnar crystals H; and the light receiving elements 8A-8D arranged side by side opposite to the scintillator layer 6, and detecting the light generated by the scintillator layer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
