<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of flux leakage on the property of a rotary machine while securing the strength of a core of the rotary machine. <P>SOLUTION: When a magnetic steel sheet 30 used for a rotor core 2 is punched in a press forming process, the clearances of clearance adjustment parts 20B and 20C out of parts of a press die where permanent magnet inserting slots 12 are punched are made bigger than the clearances of parts other than the clearance adjustment parts 20B and 20C, and thereby selectively reducing the magnetic permeability of bridge parts 14a, 14b and 14c in a press formed, rotor core magnetic-steel-sheet 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
