PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack module which is configured to prevent errors in assembling and also is reduced in costs, and a secondary battery device, a vehicle and a processor.

SOLUTION: A battery pack module comprises: a battery pack 14 including a plurality of secondary battery cells 14-1 to 14-5; a battery pack monitoring circuit 21 for detecting voltages and temperatures of the plurality of secondary battery cells 14-1 to 14-5; a control circuit 31 for controlling the battery pack monitoring circuit 21; a power supply circuit 33 for supplying electric power to the battery pack monitoring circuit 21 and the control circuit 31; switching means 38 for switching electric power supply to the power supply circuit 33; a communication signal input line 111a for inputting start signals to the control circuit 31 and the switching means 38; a communication signal output line 111b for outputting the start signals from the control circuit 31; and a communication line connecting between the control circuit 31 and a communication bus 110.
