<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the optimal eco-drive by guiding an eco-route on which fuel consumption is the minimum under the consideration of gradient situations. <P>SOLUTION: By the arithmetic operation of a fuel consumption evaluation value arithmetic processing part 2, a correlation value between the ascent and descent of a gradient and actual fuel consumption, which is calculated by setting the fuel consumption of the descent of the gradient higher than the fuel consumption of the ascent of the gradient following actual situations, is added to the arithmetic operation of the product of each of the ascending and descending gradient sections and a distance, and the fuel consumption evaluation value of the travel scheduled path (the candidate route of an eco-route) of a self-vehicle 1 is accurately calculated and estimated following the actual situations of fuel consumption with respect to the ascent and descent of the gradient.
