<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lupus anticoagulant (LA) detection reagent kit capable of accurately isolating an LA-positive specimen group and an LA-negative specimen group, and to provide a method of determining the presence/absence of LA in a specimen. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an LA detection reagent kit containing a first coagulation time measuring reagent containing manganese salt and a second coagulation time measuring reagent containing manganese salt of a lower concentration than the first coagulation time measuring reagent or not containing manganese salt, and a method of determining the presence/absence of LA using the kit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
