<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition and the resin molded article of the composition, excellent in scratch resistance while maintaining a balance of physical properties such as impact resistance, fluidity and color developing property. <P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 20 to 80 pts.wt of an acrylic resin (A); 15 to 50 pts.wt of a grafted copolymer (B) obtained by graft polymerization of a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer and other monomers which can be copolymerized with the (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer in the presence of a rubber polymer; and 5 to 65 pts.wt of a copolymer (C) obtained by copolymerization of a vinyl cyanide monomer and other monomers which can be copolymerized with the vinyl cyanide monomer (where the total of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 pts.wt). The rubber polymer constituting the grafted copolymer (B) has a weight average particle diameter of 0.15 to 1.4 μm.
