<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aggregative structure of multilayer carbon nanotubes aggregated to an ultra-high dense state. <P>SOLUTION: The aggregative structure of the multilayer carbon nanotubes includes multilayer carbon nanotubes 5 that are aggregated to a density not less than 50 (mg/cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>) with a shape linearity and vertical orientation for a substrate surface. More than 90% of multilayer carbon nanotubes 5 have a definition factor R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>of 0.970 or larger and 1.0 or smaller when the index showing the linearity of the shape is shown by the definition factor R<SP POS="POST">2</SP>in straight line approximate equation. The vertical orientation factor V=Q/P of the 90% or more of the multilayer carbon nanotube 5 is 8 or larger, wherein P is the difference in the horizontal direction from the lower base end to the upper tip of the multilayer carbon nanotube 5 along the substrate surface, and Q is the height from the substrate surface to the upper tip of the multilayer carbon nanotube 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
