<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for securing fairness of games by preventing attaching of illegal components. <P>SOLUTION: A one-chip microcomputer 304 is arranged through an IC socket 305. The game machine 100 includes a main control board 211 for controlling the progress of the game. The main control board 211 includes a protective cover 307 for at least partially covering a fixing part, to which terminals 305a of the IC socket 305 are fixed, on a back face 211b of a face 211a on which the one-chip microcomputer 304 is arranged.
