<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component developer, in which breakage of toner particles, embedding of an external additive or breakage of carrier particles are prevented even when the developer is vigorously stirred upon producing a high-speed print, by reducing the weight of a resin coated carrier. <P>SOLUTION: A method for producing a developer for electrostatic charge image development is provided, in which a resin-coated carrier is produced by using porous ferrite core particles and is produced through: a pore opening blocking step of blocking pore openings on the surface of the magnetic core particle with rubber particles; and a resin-coated carrier forming step of forming a resin coating layer on the ferrite core particle having the blocked core openings. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
