<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting method by sandblasting that reduces labor such as finishing a peripheral edge part and an opening hole part inner wall of a cut part, even when a part is cut from a plate-like workpiece and a through-hole or the like is formed on the plate-like workpiece by sandblast cutting. <P>SOLUTION: In the cutting method by sandblasting, a resist is formed on a plate-like workpiece, an abrasive material is projected on the workpiece to cut a part of the workpiece where no resist is formed, for cutting the workpiece and/or forming a through-hole. In the cutting method, the resist is symmetrically formed on both surfaces of the workpiece in a predetermined pattern by printing using an inkjet method, the abrasive material is projected on both surfaces of the workpiece, and the workpiece is cut from the surface side and the reverse surface side to a substantially middle position of the thickness of the work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
