<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bladder for vulcanizing a tire which can discharge a gas trapped between the bladder and the inner surface of the tire, without injuring an inner liner layer. <P>SOLUTION: The groove sectional shape of a vent line 4 is such that the width, on the mold side, of the bladder is not less than 0.5 mm and not more than 3.0 mm with the depth of not less than 0.1 mm and not more than 2.0 mm. The groove sectional area of the vent line is not less than 0.025 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>and not more than 6.0 mm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>. The vent line includes a first vent line 4a of an area corresponding with a coverage from a tire bead toe part to a tire buttress part, and a second vent line 4b of an area corresponding with a coverage from the tire buttress part to a tire crown part. The first vent line 4a has an angle α at not less than 60° to not more than 90° with a tangential line of the area corresponding with the tire bead toe part. Meanwhile, the second vent line 4b has an angle β at not less than 40° to not more than 90° with a tangential line of the area corresponding with the tire bead toe part.
