<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container and an apparatus for a digestive treatment and a concentration treatment in which a biological tissue and a digestive enzyme do not mix in a final product. <P>SOLUTION: The biological tissue treatment container 1 includes: a digestion treatment space 9 that is arranged near a rotary shaft line and accommodates the biological tissue A and a digestive enzyme liquid; a concentration treatment space 10 that communicates to an upper part of the digestion treatment space, extends radially outward, and concentrates a cell suspension C by a centrifugal force by the rotation around the rotary shaft line; a flow restriction means 11 that allows the flow of the liquid from the concentration treatment space 10 to the digestion treatment space 9 and restricts the backflow; a suction pipe 4 that suctions the cell suspension C from the bottom of the digestion treatment space 9 to the outside; and a charging line 5 that supplies the cell suspension C and a washing liquid in the concentration treatment space 10. Near the radially outermost position of the concentration treatment space 10, there are provided a recessed part 12a that can store a small amount of liquid containing a cell obtained by concentrating the cell suspension C at the stopping of rotation, and a take-out port 15 through which the cell-containing liquid can be taken out by accessing the recessed part 12a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
