Provided is a method for dyeing or bleaching hair using a dual-agent kit for dyeing or bleaching hair comprising: a dual-agent composition for dyeing or bleaching hair having a first agent (1) containing an alkaline agent and a second agent (2) containing hydrogen peroxide; a container body (12a); and a pump foamer (20) which is installed to the container body (12a). The first agent and/or the second agent contains a foaming agent. The viscosity of the liquid mixture (3) is 1-300 mPa·s at 25°C. The pump foamer (20) has a discharge rate of at least 1g when pressed down once.
