PURPOSE: A steaming and drying facility for producing red ginseng is provided to improve the productivity of the red ginseng, and to improve the product quality uniformity. CONSTITUTION: A steaming and drying facility for producing red ginseng comprises the following: a bogie(400) for loading ginseng; a steaming and drying chamber(100) for storing the bogie; a circulation system(200) connected to an inlet and an outlet of the steaming and drying chamber for supplying hot steam or air and collecting cooled steam and air; a tow conveyor system(300) installed on the inner and outer bottom of the steaming and drying chamber for moving the bogie out of the steaming and drying chamber; a circulation duct(201) connected to the inlet and the outlet of the steaming and drying chamber; a circulating fan(202) installed on one side of the circulation duct; a heat exchanger(203) installed on the front side of the circulation fan; and a steam generator(204) and a diffusion unit(207).
