PURPOSE: A hair straightener using steam is provided to improve use convenience by controlling amount of steam according to the selection of a user. CONSTITUTION: A hair straightener using steam comprises a first handle, a second handle, a first heating device, and a water supplier, a guide part(50), a flow controller(60), and a control device. The first handle and second handle are combined with each other by a hinge and selectively overlapped. The first heating device heats the water provided from a water tank and generates and sprays steam. The water supplier controls the discharge quantity of the steam generated from the first heating device. The flow controller controls the quantity of the water supplied from the first heating device.
