PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent for forming an inkjet ink receiving layer, exhibiting superior water resistance and image forming capability and having base material adhesiveness and blocking preventing performance.

SOLUTION: In the coating agent for forming the inkjet ink receiving layer including a crosslinked emulsion (A) and a crosslinked emulsion (B), a glass-transition temperature of a resin component (A-1) of the crosslinked emulsion (A) is set to 50°C or less, and a glass-transition temperature of a resin component (B-1) of the crosslinked emulsion (B) is set higher than the glass-transition temperature of the resin component (A-1) by 10°C or more.
