PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internet telematics service providing system and a method which manage condition of a vehicle based on a web service and provide various information concerning the vehicle.

SOLUTION: An internet telematics service providing system comprises: a reception unit for receiving information of events occurred in a vehicle from a telematics system of the vehicle; a recording unit for recording the event information in a Web page related to a user; and a provision unit for providing the event information recorded in the Web page for a communication terminal of the user based on the web service.
