<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a biosensor by which a fixed position on an electrode is certainly covered by a reaction part and whose manufacturing costs do not increase. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the biosensor including steps of forming the electrode on a substrate 12 consisting of an insulator, and forming a reaction part 18 which contacts the electrode on the substrate 12, UV (ultraviolet rays) irradiation processing (UV irradiation processing) is performed on the substrate 12 before forming the reaction part 18 after forming the electrode on the substrate 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
