<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector for preventing a dust collecting capability from deteriorating by return of dust accumulated in a dust collecting chamber to a primary filter side. <P>SOLUTION: A nearly cylindrical dust accumulation space 52 is provided below a cyclone space 31 formed between an inner surface of a dust box body 8, where a nearly cylindrical primary filter 21 is disposed concentrically inside, and an outer periphery surface of the primary filter 21. An umbrella-shaped extension unit 22, which extends to the dust accumulation space 52 and includes a nearly cylindrical wall 60 inside, is provided below the primary filter 21. An internal dust accumulation space 52a is further formed inside the nearly cylindrical wall 60. Dust is first held and accumulated in the internal dust accumulation space 52a in the inside, and the dust is held and accumulated in an external dust accumulation space 52b in the outside after the internal dust accumulation space 52a becomes full, thus further preventing the dust accumulated in the dust accumulation space 52 from returning to a range of the cyclone space 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
