<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone with a built-in card reader which can offer a security against information leakage to solve the problem of the conventional mobile phones in which: a mobile phone used in business activities, although storing important confidential information of a company, is protected only with an arbitrary password using numerals as a security and those other than a mobile phone owner, who know the password, can use the mobile phone. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a mobile phone with a built-in non-contact card reader that uses an IC card, which is currently popular as a company ID card, as an authentication key.
