<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage battery control device capable of easily transmitting a charging/discharging command to storage batteries without being bound by restrictions of existing communication means. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage control unit 21 outputs a voltage control command to transformers 11 and 14 that have a voltage adjustment function, and adjusts voltages of lower order systems of the transformers 11 and 14. A charging/discharging control unit 20 inputs the voltages of the lower order systems of the transformers 11 and 14 detected by a voltage detecting unit 19, controls a storage battery 17 to be charged if the voltages are not less than a prescribed value, and controls the storage battery 17 to be discharged if the voltages are not more than the prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
