摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection apparatus that detects a direction and a magnitude of external pressure with high accuracy, electronic equipment, and a robot. <P>SOLUTION: A detection apparatus of the present invention includes; a first substrate 10 having a plurality of first capacitor electrodes 12 arranged around a reference point P; a second substrate 20 that is arranged opposite to the first substrate 10 with the first capacitor electrodes 12 interposed therebetween; a second capacitor electrode 22 that is arranged opposite to the first capacitor electrodes 12 with an inducer interposed between the first substrate 10 and the second substrate 20; and a third substrate 30 having the center of gravity thereof located at a position that coincides with the reference point P, and an elastic protrusion 32 thereon that is elastically deformed by external pressure in a state where a tip portion thereof is in contact with the second substrate 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
