<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management application and a data management device that can create data names according to purposes of use. <P>SOLUTION: A file name created according to a first rule is given to a scan image to be saved. On the other hand, a file name created according to a second rule different from the first rule is given to data to be output in common to other applications. Therefore, the data names can be created according to the purses of use of the data. Further, when the same scan image is saved and output, the same file name is given to a scan image to be saved and a scan image to be output, so that the relation between the saved scan image and the output scan image is easily recognized afterward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
