<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a chip seal, by which even if low-fluidity resin material is used, a short shot defect is hard to occur, making a material yield and a product yield higher. <P>SOLUTION: The molding device of seal members for a scroll compressor includes a spiral cavity composed of a first cavity 101a including a winding start end and a second cavity 101b including a winding terminal end 104, wherein other ends 105, 106 of respective cavities are arranged facing each other, and which corresponds to a figure of a seal groove; degassing grooves provided, on both sides in the longitudinal direction of respective cavities 101a, 101b, in the range from not less than 10% to not more than 50%, from respective ends of cavities, of entire lengths of respective cavities 101a, 101b; and gates communicating with the other ends 105, 106 of both the cavities in such a manner that resin materials are injectable simultaneously from the other ends 105, 106 of respective cavities. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
