<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional configuration that an error between detection circuits of a photoelectric conversion device is likely to have an adverse effect on properties of AF, and to settle difficulties in increasing accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: Each of multiple unit pixels includes first and second photoelectric conversion units and a pixel output unit common to the first and second photoelectric conversion units, and the first and second photoelectric conversion units are arranged in a second direction different from a first direction in which the unit pixels are set in array. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
