<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehydration-concentrating device for water-containing organic compounds which can also be used for dehydration-concentrating the water-containing organic compound including acids such as acetic acid, and is few in performance deterioration even when the water content of the compound is high. <P>SOLUTION: The dehydration-concentrating device is composed by sequentially arranging a separation membrane module (A) which houses an inorganic porous support-zeolite membrane complex having a zeolite membrane on the surface of an inorganic porous support as a separation membrane, and an adsorption unit (B).
