摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with a conventional air circulation circuit, wherein an output of an air motor is used for the power of a compressor and a blower in the circuit, so that the output of the air motor becomes unstable when these items are in operation states, concerning a problem that global warming resulting from an increase of CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>and NO<SB POS="POST">x</SB>may affect health since fossil fuel is mainly used at present for the power of an air refrigeration cycle or the like such as an automobile engine, a ship engine, an outboard engine and a generator, and in order to solve these problems, it is necessary to develop an air circulation circuit as power which eliminates the need for fossil fuel. <P>SOLUTION: An electrical circuit with an accumulator, an alternator and an air compressor set in a center is arranged in the air circulation circuit.
