The present invention relates to a device for discharging exhaust gas from a diesel engine using hydrogen gas, wherein the device includes an ammonolysis module. More specifically, the invention relates to a device for purifying the exhaust gas of a diesel engine, wherein the device for discharging exhaust gas from a diesel engine including a DOC-DPF-LNT module which is formed at the lower side of the diesel engine in serial, further includes an ammonolysis module or DOC-DPF-HC-SCR module, and also the device for discharging exhaust gas from a diesel engine including a DOC-DPF-HC-SCR module which is formed at the lower side of the diesel engine in serial, further includes an ammonolysis module, or an LNT-DPF module and an ammonolysis module.
