The present invention relates to a preparation method of a transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube composite, comprising: (a) the step of dispersing a carbon nanotube powder in a solvent; (b) the step of mixing the dispersion liquid and a transition metal salt; and (c) the step of applying microwaves to the mixture solution to synthesize a transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube composite. The preparation method of the composite of the present invention can remarkably reduce the synthesis time of the composite. The transition metal oxide inside the transition metal oxide/carbon nanotube composite prepared by the preparation method of the present invention is laminated in the form of nanoparticles on the surface of carbon nanotubes, and thus it is possible to improve charge/discharge characteristics if applied to an anode material in a lithium secondary battery. |
