A power generating turbine (60) comprising a generator (61), a shaft (62) rotationally coupled to the generator, a hub (63) rotationally coupled to the shaft, at least one blade (64) mounted on the hub and configured to rotate relative to the hub to vary the pitch of the blade, a pitch control driver (41) coupled to the hub, a geared interface between the pitch control driver and the blade, the geared interface comprising a primary gear (16) coupled to the pitch control driver and having gear teeth (17) and configured to be driven about a primary axis (18), a driven gear (21) coupled to the blade and having gear teeth (22) and configured to ro¬ tate about a driven axis (23), a first intermediate gear (26) between the primary gear and the driven gear and having gear teeth (27) in meshing engagement with the gear teeth of the pri¬ mary gear and the gear teeth of the driven gear and configured to rotate about a first interme¬ diate axis (28), a second intermediate gear (31) between the primary gear and the driven gear and having gear teeth (32) in meshing engagement with the gear teeth of the primary gear and the gear teeth of the driven gear and configured to rotate about a second intermediate axis (33), the first and second intermediate gears configured relative to the primary gear such that rotation of the primary gear about the primary axis does not cause revolution of the first or second intermediate gear about the primary axis, and the first, second, driven and primary gears configured such that none of the first intermediate, second intermediate, driven and pri¬ mary axis are coaxial, wherein torque applied to the primary gear is transmitted to the driven gear with the intermediate gears.
