The amount of displacement of the surface of a band-shaped tire forming member can be accurately measured using a two-dimensional displacement sensor (11) regardless of the conditions of the surface of the band-shaped member (40). The two-dimensional displacement sensor (11) comprises: first and second laser devices (111, 112) serving as emission means which emits first laser light incident on the surface of the band-shaped member (40) from the direction intersecting the thickness direction of the band-shaped member (40) and which also emits second laser light incident on the surface of the band-shaped member (40) from the direction parallel to the thickness direction of the band-shaped member (40); a camera (113) serving as a displacement amount measuring means which has a light receiving element for receiving light reflected from the surface of the band-shaped member (40) and which measures the amount of displacement of the surface of the band-shaped member (40) on the basis of the position at which the reflected light, which is detected by the light receiving element, is received; an optical element (11L) for focusing the reflected light on the light receiving element; and a changeover means (13) for causing only either the first laser light or the second laser light to be incident on the surface of the band-shaped member (40). |
