This waste heat power generator (G) comprises: an evaporator (1) that produces a vapor of a working medium by recovering heat energy; a power generation device (2) that expands the vapor and generates electric power; a condenser (3) that condenses the vapor that passed through the power generation device (2); a pump (4) that sends the working medium condensed by the condenser (3) toward the evaporator (1); and a grease supply device (5) that supplies grease to the power generation device (2), said grease being used for lubrication of bearings (14a, 14b) that are provided in the power generation device (2).
