Electromagnetic tolerance and electrostatic discharge capacity of the housing can be improved and tooling cost of the housing can be reduced. The need for forming recesses in the base plate can be eliminated so that manufacturing cost of the housing can be minimized. Precise coupling of the sub-elements can be ensured and the circuit board can be mounted safely.
