PURPOSE: Magnetic conveyor filter apparatus is provided to quickly remove chips from large amount of coolant by offering magnetic force of a permanent magnet and a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: Magnetic conveyor filter apparatus comprises a housing(20), a conveyor(40), a floor side(60), and a plurality of permanent magnets(70). The housing accepts corrected coolant. The conveyer is installed inside the housing slantly. The conveyer includes a plurality of scrapers(41). The floor side is installed to be similar with V-shape for separating the bottom of the housing. The plurality of permanent magnets are installed on the one side of the floor side to face with the conveyer. The plurality of permanent magnets are separated each other on the one side of the floor side facing the conveyor. The chips attached to the floor side are transferred along the conveyor by the scraper, and is separated to the outside of the housing. |
