PURPOSE: A producing method of dumplings using vegetables as the dumpling skin is provided to offer the unique taste to the dumplings using ripened kimchi, beet leaves, and sesame leaves as the dumpling skin. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of dumplings using vegetables as the dumpling skin comprises the following steps: dipping the aged or salted vegetables in cold water, and dipping the vegetables in boiling water for parboiling; and mounting dumpling stuffing on the upper side of the parboiled vegetables, and tying the vegetables. The vegetables are selected from pickled sesame leaves, ripened kimchi, and beet leaves. The dumpling stuffing includes pork, beef, minced ripened kimchi, lentinus edodes, pleurotus ostreatus, bean curd, been sprouts, eggs, minced garlic, sesame seeds mixed with salt, and other ingredients. |
