PURPOSE: An LED lighting device driving circuit for a high speed shutting camera is provided to prevent the damage of a driving circuit and a camera by transmitting a shutting signal only in a state which is electrically separated through a photo coupler. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit comprises a first connector(CN1), a rectifier(111), a charge and discharge unit(113), a first regulator(115), and a second regulator(117). The first connector is electrically connected to a power supply(101) and a camera(103). The rectifier is composed of capacitors(C1,C2) and bridge diodes(D7-D10,D11-D14). The charge and discharge unit supplements insufficient lighting power of the power supply. The charge and discharge unit is composed of a plurality of mass storage capacitors(EC1-EC8) connected to an output terminal of the bridge diode in a row. The first regulator and the second regulator pressure output power of the rectifier.
