PURPOSE: An air conditioning system for a vehicle is provided to minutely control temperature of heating air and cooling air according to current capacity in order to control internal temperature of the vehicle effectively. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning system for a vehicle comprises a main body, an electric heater core(10), a cooling device(20), and a control device(50). The electric heat core is installed inside the main body and generates heating air. The cooling device is installed inside the main body and generates cooling air. The electric heater core or the cooling device independently operates according to difference between a target temperature and internal air of the vehicle or outdoor air. The control device controls current capacity applying to the electric heater core or the cooling device in order to control temperature of the heating air and the cooling air.
