<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden in preparing a construction report, and to efficiently prepare and manage the construction report. <P>SOLUTION: A construction report preparation system receives registration of information relating to construction, manages the received information as construction information in a database, and creates a construction report on the basis of the construction information registered in the database. The construction report preparation system displays a photograph paste setting screen which has: an image data specification field 912 where a user specifies a location of image data of a photograph to be pasted on a photograph paste field when the photograph is pasted as the construction information on a layout frame in the construction report; and a paste destination specification field 914 which is provided with plural layout locations respectively corresponding to the each photograph paste field and is displayed by user's selection.
